Recipe Notes:
Ferment this low. This yeast ferments well in the upper fifties. Low mash temp is critical as well. The real Spotted Cow uses adjuncts to dry it out. This recipe does a good job of getting about the same level with a low mash temp. It's a pretty close clone.
